Saving the day. S3F Group was not our first choice for getting finance for refinancing an existing loan, and arranging an investment loan bundle. We started with a different agent who made such a mess with the setting up that we had to split the loans, put one on the back burner, then came back with a ridiculously high interest rate. After a month of stressful conversations with Agent 1 where we nearly lost the purchase. We began a conversation with Josh who took the same list of requirements as Agent 1. And over a two week period delivered on all of them. We rate Josh and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a constructive, stress free and positive financial outcome.

I've personally known Scott for around 25 years, and have now set up finance with both Scott and Josh. We had Josh recommended by a friend. His service was excellent and had a really good understanding of our circumstances and which banks would be best to approach for loans.
