I don't normally do reviews but with the level of service and attention to details Sam from south west lending solution gave my partner and I, I couldn't help myself. Throughout the whole process Sam and his team were able to refinance our mortgage and my car loan to get us a lower interest rate on both loans and get us some money to do renovations to our house. The best part about it. We are actually paying less per month than we were before and we get to fix up our home. One again, thank you Sam for all your help.

We had Josh recommended by a friend. His service was excellent and had a really good understanding of our circumstances and which banks would be best to approach for loans.

We ended up with approval for the amount we wanted and Josh made sure we got the fixed portion of our loan locked in to a low interest rate before the rate rises - he gave us a few calls to remind us to get all the paperwork sorted.
