Excellent Service. I've contacted Josh thanks to a recommendation of a friend. Josh helped with refinancing my two existing mortgages and securing another one to purchase an investment property. He found a cheaper and more affordable product for me. Needless to say, I will own my home sooner. Communication with Josh was always prompt and clear. We had Josh recommended by a friend. His service was excellent and had a really good understanding of our circumstances and which banks would be best to approach for loans. We ended up with approval for the amount we wanted and Josh made sure we got the fixed portion of our loan locked in to a low interest rate before the rate rises - he gave us a few calls to remind us to get all the paperwork sorted.
