I was introduced to Scott through a colleague and I could not recommend him highly enough to anybody. He is professional, reliable, but more importantly approachable and relatable. Saving the day. S3F Group was not our first choice for getting finance for refinancing an existing loan, and arranging an investment loan bundle. We started with a different agent who made such a mess with the setting up that we had to split the loans, put one on the back burner, then came back with a ridiculously high interest rate. Down to earth and committed to helping his clients find the best deal. Josh helped us from start to finish (about 18months in total!). We had various changes to our circumstances over that time and Josh was always willing to help.
