Josh Woodhouse helped us get into the housing market and secure our first home! He had a vast knowledge of all the options available for us, and helped us secure a loan that suited our needs. He was always patient and understanding, answering all of our questions no matter how small. Josh was excellent through the entire process, and made a very daunting time run incredibly smoothly. Down to earth and committed to helping his clients find the best deal. Josh helped us from start to finish (about 18months in total!). We had various changes to our circumstances over that time and Josh was always willing to help. He was always available to speak with and always took the time to explain the concepts and explore various options. When we did manage to find a property and had pre approval with one bank, Josh still looked around for other options just in case their was another bank with better rates etc. Thanks for all your help Josh!

Absolutely amazing. Josh Woodhouse guided us on our journey to buy it first home. We had a couple brokers before which we weren't super happy with. And when we were recommended to Josh it was a game changer. We really felt like we had someone knowledgeable who wanted to get us the best result he could. He helped talk us through the steps and discussed everything along the way. It took us over a year from the first house we put an offer down to find the house that was right for us and Josh was patient with us that whole time. I also found it really useful using the sites online resources to look at different options and feel like I was prepared. I also think the emails Josh sends out explain what it means when there might be something happening in government that might effect horses or mortgage rates. Can't recommend more highly!

We had Josh recommended by a friend. His service was excellent and had a really good understanding of our circumstances and which banks would be best to approach for loans.

We ended up with approval for the amount we wanted and Josh made sure we got the fixed portion of our loan locked in to a low interest rate before the rate rises - he gave us a few calls to remind us to get all the paperwork sorted.

Without Josh we might not have been able to borrow the amount we wanted as quickly as we wanted.
