Always amazing!! Sam has been a massive asset to the development of our property portfolio. He has a deep understanding of the loan structures and borrowing arrangements for so many lenders across all states and always ensures that he finds the best possible options for us. Our last purchase was a complex new build that had multiple Covid delays and at no time did Sam ever complain about having to go through all of the paperwork again and again as we needed to keep extending loans and then reapplying.
