Excellent service, above and beyound expectations. Our house purchase journey was long, a full year and Josh has been with us every step of the way, always available to answer any questions we had, advising on best options. Saving the day. S3F Group was not our first choice for getting finance for refinancing an existing loan, and arranging an investment loan bundle. We started with a different agent who made such a mess with the setting up that we had to split the loans, put one on the back burner, then came back with a ridiculously high interest rate. After a month of stressful conversations with Agent 1 where we nearly lost the purchase. We began a conversation with Josh who took the same list of requirements as Agent 1.
