Josh is such a nice, knowledgeable person. We received sound advice which we valued. Josh was able to put together a package that suited us perfectly. He listened and understood. He has been recommended to friends and family.

We had Josh recommended by a friend. His service was excellent and had a really good understanding of our circumstances and which banks would be best to approach for loans. We ended up with approval for the amount we wanted and Josh made sure we got the fixed portion of our loan locked in to a low interest rate before the rate rises - he gave us a few calls to remind us to get all the paperwork sorted. Without Josh we might not have been able to borrow the amount we wanted as quickly as we wanted.
