Excellent Refinance Experience. We recently decided to refinance with Josh as an alternative to going to a bank directly as we just felt we needed better advice, clearer communication and a personalised approach for our specific needs. Josh guided us through every hurdle and gave us sound logical options for our decisions. He often took much time to talk about options or provide us with product summaries which really gave us a true understanding of the market. We felt that we were well informed and we were able to take into account many options and many products which were investigated by us to suit our needs. We were able to investigate many refinance products which Josh had suggested to eventually give us the deal that we were looking for. Also many of the cumbersome and time consuming tasks of obtaining contracts and waiting on processes were done instantly in a time effective digital format.
