Excellent Refinance Experience. We recently decided to refinance with Josh as an alternative to going to a bank directly as we just felt we needed better advice, clearer communication and a personalised approach for our specific needs. Josh guided us through every hurdle and gave us sound logical options for our decisions. He often took much time to talk about options or provide us with product summaries which really gave us a true understanding of the market. We felt that we were well informed and we were able to take into account many options and many products which were investigated by us to suit our needs. We were able to investigate many refinance products which Josh had suggested to eventually give us the deal that we were looking for. Also many of the cumbersome and time consuming tasks of obtaining contracts and waiting on processes were done instantly in a time effective digital format. Contracts sited, signed and done in a matter of hours not days. Josh gave us clear and concise timelines and precise steps with the correct information so we never felt like we had been mixed up or lost along the way. It’s so much better to have prompt advice and clear steps to this process, it is much better than relying on one person in a bank that maybe unavailable to give you this personal service because they have simply have to much other work to perform. A notoriously boring and time consuming task was made easy with clear steps that eventually led to the refinance deal we wanted. Josh gave us a prompt response when required to place us back on track and finish the task! Highly recommended👍

Excellent service, above and beyound expectations. Our house purchase journey was long, a full year and Josh has been with us every step of the way, always available to answer any questions we had, advising on best options. What was especially important for us is at no point we felt any pressure from Josh to speed things up. Quite the opposite, once he understood what are the most important factors for us in our financial planning he encouraged us to not rush things. And as it often happens in life - at the end of a long marathon we had a bit of a sprint, things had to be done quickly. I had to ask her many questions or double-checking with her sometimes just to make sure I understand everything I must know when looking for a place, when applying for a loan, when doing the inspections, when communicating with the real estate agents/conveyancers/solicitors, and so on.
