Saving the day. S3F Group was not our first choice for getting finance for refinancing an existing loan, and arranging an investment loan bundle. We started with a different agent who made such a mess with the setting up that we had to split the loans, put one on the back burner, then came back with a ridiculously high interest rate. After a month of stressful conversations with Agent 1 where we nearly lost the purchase. We began a conversation with Josh who took the same list of requirements as Agent 1. And over a two week period delivered on all of them. We rate Josh and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a constructive, stress free and positive financial outcome.

I highly recommended the mortgage broker Genna Johns from S3F Group because she provided lots of great advice, guidances, suggestions, and she was always able to answer the questions so well. I had to ask her many questions or double-checking with her sometimes just to make sure I understand everything I must know when looking for a place, when applying for a loan, when doing the inspections, when communicating with the real estate agents/conveyancers/solicitors, and so on. Genna also have supported my hearing disability and I could not listen well over the phone calls, she made sure the lender, the solicitors/conveyancers and the real estate agents to communicate with me via email or text or national relay instead. I don't normally do reviews but with the level of service and attention to details Sam from south west lending solution gave my partner and I, I couldn't help myself. Throughout the whole process Sam and his team were able to refinance our mortgage and my car loan to get us a lower interest rate on both loans and get us some money to do renovations to our house.
