Excellent Refinance Experience. We recently decided to refinance with Josh as an alternative to going to a bank directly as we just felt we needed better advice, clearer communication and a personalised approach for our specific needs. Josh guided us through every hurdle and gave us sound logical options for our decisions. He often took much time to talk about options or provide us with product summaries which really gave us a true understanding of the market. We felt that we were well informed and we were able to take into account many options and many products which were investigated by us to suit our needs. We were able to investigate many refinance products which Josh had suggested to eventually give us the deal that we were looking for. Also many of the cumbersome and time consuming tasks of obtaining contracts and waiting on processes were done instantly in a time effective digital format. Contracts sited, signed and done in a matter of hours not days. Josh gave us clear and concise timelines and precise steps with the correct information so we never felt like we had been mixed up or lost along the way. It’s so much better to have prompt advice and clear steps to this process, it is much better than relying on one person in a bank that maybe unavailable to give you this personal service because they have simply have to much other work to perform. A notoriously boring and time consuming task was made easy with clear steps that eventually led to the refinance deal we wanted. Josh gave us a prompt response when required to place us back on track and finish the task! Highly recommended👍

Saving the day. S3F Group was not our first choice for getting finance for refinancing an existing loan, and arranging an investment loan bundle. We started with a different agent who made such a mess with the setting up that we had to split the loans, put one on the back burner, then came back with a ridiculously high interest rate. After a month of stressful conversations with Agent 1 where we nearly lost the purchase. We began a conversation with Josh who took the same list of requirements as Agent 1. And over a two week period delivered on all of them. We rate Josh and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a constructive, stress free and positive financial outcome.

Sam and his team have been terrific. He made the complex seem simple and got us over the line very efficiently. Took up a fight with a previous bank when needed to get them moving. Josh @ 360 did an incredible job with the refinance of my loan after a seperation. He took into consideration the circumstances, went above and beyond when it came to sourcing and facilitating options and approvals, and followed up when required. Even with challenges driven from my end cause major issues with timing and approval periods, Josh did not once take the easy road to prematurely finalise the agreement, striving to ensure the best outcome was gained. As a result, he has saved me thousands in interest, provided a great level of insight for the future; and I will not hesitate to use him again / recommend to every that asks me about this subject.

Down to earth and committed to helping his clients find the best deal. Josh helped us from start to finish (about 18months in total!). We had various changes to our circumstances over that time and Josh was always willing to help. He was always available to speak with and always took the time to explain the concepts and explore various options.
