Absolutely amazing. Josh Woodhouse guided us on our journey to buy it first home. We had a couple brokers before which we weren't super happy with. And when we were recommended to Josh it was a game changer. We really felt like we had someone knowledgeable who wanted to get us the best result he could. He helped talk us through the steps and discussed everything along the way. It took us over a year from the first house we put an offer down to find the house that was right for us and Josh was patient with us that whole time. I also found it really useful using the sites online resources to look at different options and feel like I was prepared. Throughout the whole process Sam and his team were able to refinance our mortgage and my car loan to get us a lower interest rate on both loans and get us some money to do renovations to our house.
